The course provides explanations of basic concepts in Channel Management. However, I think it would be more effective in conveying the concepts if there were practical and specific examples and application of the concepts that trainees can relate to while going through the course. Additionally, for the exam, most of the questions are taken verbatim from the course. I think it would be more effective if questions were less conceptual and would allow critical thinking from the trainees.
